- Answer The is a USB charger that only puts out 5V. This is enough power for a Raspberry Pi. So if your laptop is powered by a Pi, this USB charger will be able to power it. If the power needs are higher, then the answer is no. On the other hand, you can charge this battery from your laptop, but that is opposite of what you want.

- Answer If it's a USB Charger, you should be able to use it with the moto g6. The Power bank comes with it's own charging cable and a bag to carry them both in.

- Answer I used the qualcomm port both with my iPhone (which has a Mophie battery pack so I was charging both) and the charger for my Apple watch. I don't notice any harm to either.

- Answer You should get to 4 lights - might take a few hours but not 12. I you are charging the device with nothing else plugged into it while charging it you should get to 4. If not I'd get a replacement.
