- Answer They are similar models. Only Model Q27G40XMN is a Bestbuy sold model in the US. There is no firmware or drivers available for these models at this time.

QuestionWill you guys push firmware to this product? Whenever I have local dimming on, I can't change the brightness. It's basically stuck at full brightness, the feature frankly feels unusable like this.

- Answer No ability to update firmware. But if you get a model with bad software, Best Buy has a reasonable exchange policy.
