QuestionThere are 8 SKUs of this product (G14) on asus's website. Can someone link the version of this product that is Eclipse Gray and (with or without, the AniMe matrix), or link all the products as an answer?

- Answer Best buy north america only currently carries 3 versions of this all of which are white. Canada best buy has the grey version however most other SKUs of this are only available via ASUS themselves.

- Answer All models have QHD display. No it doesn't have animematrix. The anime matrix model costs over 2000$ There's a separate listing of that.

- Answer Yes, the HDIM will output video signal in 4K@60Fps, the USB-C is capable of sending video out using a USB-C to a video-out adapter.

QuestionCan you get a version from Best Buy with 32 GB RAM? Or at least can Geek Squad upgrade it to 32 GB RAM? And if so, will it provide dual channel performance on all of the 32 GB or dual-channel performance only on the 16 GB even after upgrading it to 32 GB?

- Answer I did some research, yes you can upgrade it to 32 GB. And, also no, Best Buy does not sell the 32 GB model. But yes your right, only the first 16gb of the memory will run in dual channel the rest will run in single channel. Also, its really not that hard to upgrade the RAM yourself, just pop off the back of the laptop (does not void warranty). If you need help there are countless tutorials on YT and Reddit.

- Answer No. It's not a mechanical keyboard. ASUS doesn't sell alternative keys. Maybe some 3rd party has done so that I haven't found.
