- Answer I had absolutely no errors with mine, works great, hardware and software. Not happy that there's not imaging tool (USB or DVD), but understand why since there's no optical drive included.

- Answer Ram, ssd, and an additional ssd. The only way to “upgrade” the resolution is with an external display like a desktop monitor, you hook up an external display with the hdmi port on the left side..You can also get portable displays that are 1440p.
