A:AnswerReleases of the board will always have the latest bios it should also be displayed on the box. I purchased it recently and it stated so so this really falls on where you'd buy it and how long ago it they had it on the shelves.
A:AnswerWorked out of the box for me, but it is always a good idea to update to the latest BIOS. Go to the manufacturer's website and follow all of the directions strictly. Don't worry if the update seems to take a long time. And do not interrupt the process.
A:AnswerYes 850 is more than enough. Now the graphics card fan does get covered. I currently run on 1660 ti and I have yet to run into issue. Graphics cards do cover over the fan but does not prevent the cooling operation. There is a slight gap.Also before you buy check gpu compatibility.
