A:AnswerI have no idea. I wanted a very basic phone set. My one major criteria after being very basic is that it sound good. I was advised it does. It does not. It sucks. I would not purchase this unit again. Therefore, I'd stay away from any AT&T product.

A:AnswerThis phone supports 9 speed dials, but the directory holds 50 entries. You can look someone up on the directory and "speed dial" from there. It's really easy.
