- Answer Hi, Thank you for your question and interest in model #SHP65CM5N! Most of our dishwashers should come equipped with a protective film on the exterior of the door to safeguard it from cosmetic damage during shipping, unless it has been removed by the retailer. If your dishwasher still has this protective film after installation, you can easily remove it by opening the door and gently peeling it away. Should any adhesive residue remain, we recommend using mineral oil to clean it off effortlessly.

QuestionThe dishwasher doesn’t have a setting for drying other than auto dry. If I don’t select the auto dry, does it Still dry the dishes during the cycle? Also, is it required to use the rinse aid?

- Answer Hi Dee, thanks for your question. Model SHP65CM5N also has an intensive drying setting. There is no auto-dry setting as this is the default setting. If you are referring to the auto air setting, then yes, that is unnecessary and the dishes will still dry.
