Q: QuestionI have a braiser that is 15 inches in diameter. Will I be able to heat it up evenly using the biggest induction ring?

• A:Answer Hello, thank you for your interest. The largest circular burner is 12". If your braising pan is elongated, or rectangular, it will heat properly on the FlexZone elements on the outside of the unit.

Q: QuestionHow is this latest version: NITP660UC different to the discontinued version: NITP669UC? I've looked through the technical specs and can't see a difference and the discontinued version is 1k cheaper in many stores.
