A:AnswerGreat question, I asked them the same thing. They’re gonna say they can’t price match it because Bowflex doesn’t have the item number listed. I contacted bowflex and they said “treadmill 10 is the item number, bestbuy is looking for a sku which is something we don’t advertise because it’s genuinely irrelevant to the buyer. They’re obviously the same product as anyone could see.” Try telling that to a bestbuy rep tho
A:Answerifit.app is a streaming series of exercise programs for NordicTrack equipment while JRNY (JOURNEY) is a similar product for BowFlex equipment. JRNY requires a monthly or yearly subscription ($19.99 monthly or $149.00 yearly). The T 10 treadmill that I own can be used in manual without the JRNY service. The treadmill does requires a wi-fi connection to register the unit with Bowflex. After wi-fi registration the T 10 can be used in manual without wi-fi. When using treadmill in in manual the user selects the speed and incline.
A:AnswerThe unit itself is 39.9 inches wide and 85 inches long making for a large footprint. From what I can remember when the treadmill was being unloaded by the delivering crew the box was very big. It not much wider than the 39.9 but al least a foot or more longer and maybe 24 inches high? Just guessing maybe 45W x 100L x 24H? The treadmill weighs 323 lbs so like most excellent treadmills designed to be placed on very sturdy flooring. My exercise room is in my finished basement so the T 10 is on a concrete floor perfect for exercise equipment. The delivery crew opened the box so they could carry the treadmill into my home in sections. I am sorry I can't provide exact dimensions of the box the treadmill was shipped in. I can't imagine carrying the treadmill in its shipping box into a home as is and I am not sure it would fit through a standard 36 inch doorway.
A:AnswerJust got this and everything is VERY misleading. You have to pay for a jrny membership to use apps that you are already paying for?!?!? Come on bowflex... you are suppose to be a premium brand but you nickle and dime us. I should be able to watch my HULU account for free. Giant rip off and im returning you.
A:AnswerThey pushed out an update that has basically bricked your treadmill like mine. Nothing you can do other than wait for a new update or return it to the store.
A:AnswerI just got mine 2 weeks ago and signed up for the year. If it does expire in two months. I'm guessing that they will use the excuse that the promotion will expire so that they can start collecting the money sooner. But, I'll keep checking and updating if I run into the same situation.
A:AnswerThe treadmill will work without the JRNY subscription, but you won't be able to watch Netflix, Disney, Hulu without the JRNY sub. You also won't have access to the personalized workout programs.
