QuestionWorked great until latest Win 10 update (V 1909, Build 18363.592); Scan works fine but will not print. Windows sees printer, tells me driver is wrong. Have un & reinstalled full Brother software, even reinstalled Win10, no joy. Help, advice, anyone?

- Answer What a bummer. I had to install the latest Win 10 package just last week from scratch and haven't had any problems with the printer. Have you called Brother and MS tech support?

- Answer No, Your Brother MFC-J995DW will perform maintenance purges of the print head at regular intervals. The cleaning is to ensure consistent print quality and prevent damage to the print head. These purges remove any air or debris that may have gotten into the print head manifold. Your machine will use the minimum amount of ink necessary to perform this operation. QuestionWhy don't Brother keep their utility software up to date (specifically their Control Center app). It works great until Apple came out with a new OS????? Now I have a paper weight setting on my desk. Any body else have this problem?

QuestionMy sister bought this Brother at your side J995DW at Arizona and brought here in the Philippines. I plug it and then it blow up (there is sounds and smoke is coming out) so i unplug it because i am afraid that it might cause fire..

QuestionI see having Anroid OS is mentioned but does this printer work with MacBooks and MacOS? I have a newer MacBook Pro that I am unable to plug regular USB cables into I want to be sure I can get this printer up and running completely wirelessly

- Answer Our printer is connected to our wireless router, which my Mac connects to by WiFi. I haven't had any problems printing. I can't remember if the computer had the drivers or I had to download them from Brother (I might have downloaded them). I haven't tried scanning over WiFi to my computer. (The computer and printer are in different rooms, so I scan to my phone and then transfer from phone to computer when convenient).
