• A:Answer Hi, The VTech CM18245 is compatible with 2 different types of headset. A 2.5MM corded headset and a DECT 6.0 cordless headset. You can look for the model IS6200 for the wireless headset. Please be advised that the IS6200 needs to be registered on the main console for it to work with the CM18245. Thank you!

• A:Answer JB - CM18245 is an accessory deskset to the CM18445 four line system console, and will not function unless registered to the CM18445 console. Call blocking is not a feature of the system.

Q: QuestionAt a business who only needs a 2-line desk phone with hold capabilities, a wireless headset, and a connection for a cordless phone. Not VoIP. Would this be suitable? Can you connect any cordless phone?
