A:AnswerI don't think so, its a pretty tall heatsink/fan and a quick search of your computer makes it look thin. I forget the dimensions but its apps. 5-6inches tall off your chip. Double check space in your case to be sure you have room or look for a horizontal fan to mount.

A:AnswerFrom the bit of googling I did, it seems like that AMD chip fits in the AM3+ Socket, Which the Cooler Master - Hyper 212 does have support for. I attached a screenshot of all the sockets compatible with the hyper 212 and hi-lighted the specific socket that the FX-8350 is compatible with.
