A:Answer Honestly, the blacks are washed out slightly right out of the box. BUT if you specifically look up the monitors calibration guides that people use, it’s a huge improvement. I like my blacks to be super black as well, and while it isn’t as good as the asus PG monitors, you can’t beat the quality at a $300 price point.
