- Answer Yes, the Roku Streambar can be paired with the Dell UltraSharp 23.8″ FHD monitor. You simply connect the Streambar directly to the monitor's HDMI port. Video comes from the Roku to the monitor, and audio comes from the Streambar’s built‑in speakers.
