- Answer No, the North American models of the De'Longhi Digital All-in-One (specifically the COM530M and COM532M) do not support a 220V connection. They are designed for a standard North American 110V–120V outlet. If you need a machine for a country that uses 220V–240V power (like those in Europe, Asia, or South America), De'Longhi manufactures specific "export" versions of their combination machines. You will want to look for the BCO series with specific model numbers: BCO431.S BCO421.S BCO420.1 BCO410

QuestionI cannot get any flavor out of the coffee side? Absolutely flat and I’ve tried 3 kinds in the month I’ve had it. I use the cone filter and even the Bold brew. I would return this but my last to return was Aug. 20th, I was trying to give it a chance.

- Answer The most common reason for weak coffee in the De'Longhi All-in-One is the ratio of grounds to water. Because it uses a gold-tone cone filter, water can sometimes flow through too quickly if the basket isn't full enough. Try using one level tablespoon of coffee per 5 oz of water (the marks on the side of the carafe). If you are making a full 10-cup pot, you should be using about 10–12 tablespoons of coffee.

The All-In-One Combination Coffee is able to make coffee and espresso and you're able to use the steam wand to froth milk and treat yourself to authentic cappuccinos and lattes, Frappuccino's however, is not one of the drinks this unit offers. thank you.

- Answer This machine does it all with the exception that you must provide the ground beans. But that is even better because you can adjust the grounds to fine for drip or very fine for expresso.
