Q: QuestionI need to replace my Denon AVR1513. Is this a decent replacement? Does it have a front-facing HDMI input? Or should I get a S670BT?
Asked by ArnoldR.
- A:Answer Hello. The big difference between the AVR-S570BT and the AVR-S670H is the S670H comes with networking (ethernet/Wi-Fi), a phono input for a turntable, and a HEOS engine. The HEOS engine offers streaming from many popular services including Tidal Hi-Fi, Spotify, Pandora, Amazon HD, TuneIn Radio and Sirius/XM to name a few. HEOS also offers the option of adding wireless Home speakers providing the ability to send a 2 channel audio feed to up 32 locations around your home. neither have a front-facing HDMI port, but there are plenty on the rear panel for either model.

Q: QuestionMy stereo amp/receiver needs to be replaced. I have Klipsch Heresy Legacy (circa 1978) speakers. Is this item good match for these speakers? Thank you!!
Asked by Hoon.
- A:Answer Hello, The AVR-S570BT will be able to power your Klipsch Heresy Legacys, but it isn't an ideal match. If you have a surround sound system I would suggest looking at the AVR-X3800H, as it has a more sophisticated power amplifier stage, capable of allow the Heresy Legacys to sound more composed with lively source content. If you have a 2 channel set-up, the PMA-900HNE or the PMA-1700NE would be capable of similar results. The PMA-1700NE being the preferred choice if you have a large room and/or a desire to play at spirited volume levels. Any of these models deliver plenty of stable high current, which is required to get the best out of the Heresy Legacys.

Asked by Sam.
- A:Answer Hello Sam. Sorry to learn of this inconvenience. The first thing to do is check if this happens with any other source - in particular those which are connected using the same type of cable as your TV. It could be the cable itself, so experimenting with another cable might fix this issue. Asked by JBKL.
- A:Answer Hi Mike. The AVR-S570BT not being a network AVR or with a compatible microphone built-in does not support Alexa. All but one of our Home speakers support Alexa as they are network devices with built-in microphones. The only exception is the Home 150NV, which does not have an active misrophone..

Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Hello. The Denon AVR app works with any Network AVR from our current line-up, and other Denon AVRs which have the letter 'H' at the end of their model number. As the AVR-S570BT is not a Network AVR, it is not able to be controlled by the Denon AVR app.

Q: QuestionWill this receiver power 25-year-old Bose Cube speakers a subwoofer also 25 years. Are older Bose speakers compatible with the Denon AVR-S570BT?
Asked by Buzz.
- A:Answer Hello Buzz, without knowing the model number of the Bose speakers you have, it isn't possible for us to provide a conclusive answer. If you have the Bose AM5 set, then the AVR-S570BT will be able to power them, but more punch can be had from the AM5 set if you opt for our AVR-X1800H should you want that extra level of performance.

Q: QuestionCan I use sonos wireless speakers system
Asked by GregoryS.
- A:Answer Hello. As Sonos wireless speakers work only within a Sonos ecosystem, they are not compatible with the AVR-S570BT. Any of our AVR's with a HEOS engine built-in (all our current AVRs whose model number ends with the letter 'H') will work wirelessly with our wireless Home speakers with a stereo source feed.
