- Answer Hi Terroid, The Marantz THX MM9000 will connect with an AVR-X3700H as an external power amplifier, but not with the AVR-S960H. We have no record of there being an issue with blown fuses beyond power surges with the AVR-X3700H.

- Answer To preset your favorite FM radio stations to your AVR-S960H, the following steps cover how to do so: 1. Select 'Tuner' on your AVR remote control. 2. Scan to find a favorite radio station using the arrow up or down button on the remote's cursor control. 3. Once you have found your station, select 'Option'. 4. Scroll down using the remote cursor to 'Preset Memory'. 5. Scroll to which preset number you wish to store this station. 6. Press enter and your station will be stores at selected preset number (over-riding the preset already listed). The message on your TV screen will then confirm which preset your station was stored. . QuestionCan you add this receiver to an Alexa Group so that that receiver pushes audio to the speakers connected to it AND other Alexa speakers within the group? Ie. "Alexa, play Pandora downstairs." --> All Echo devices on group play (receiver included)

- Answer Hello, the Denon AVR-S960H is Alexa compatible for receiving commands. It, however, cannot be added to a group without the addition of a Denon Home product. Please consider one of our Denon Home speakers for group play. A Denon Home 150 speaker, for example. - Answer Hello, with the Denon AVR-S960H, connecting a 5.2 surround system and powering two speakers from Zone 2 simultaneously is possible. More than two speakers may be connected from Zone 2 with the addition of a speaker selector box.

QuestionOnly issue I have is that when I switch over to Amazon Prime movies, I cannot get any sound from my speakers. I have tried every input function to no avail-am using the ARC connection with Dish cable box- any suggestions? Thx

- Answer You would probably need an amplifier to power your sub, use the pre out on the receiver to connect to the amp and then wires to connect the amp to the sub or buy a pre powered sub and connect direct from the receiver to the sub

QuestionI have 2 tvs in my basement. Can I hook up both tvs to this receiver? I have 1 tv using optical and the other I plugged into cal/sat hdmi. Only the tv with optical would work wit it.

- Answer Yes, you have two HDMI monitor outputs. In our entertainment room, we have a Nebula LED projector as our primary video source. However, during the day we listen to music by Pandora, which includes pictures of the album covers as a form of reference. So, during the day, a 27-inch Samsung computer monitor is the video source. Both the monitor and projector can be displayed at the same time as well. Love the setup!

- Answer No, you cannot pair them if the 350 is a “series 2” device because this receiver is a “series 1” device.

QuestionCan this AVR output audio to an HDMI soundbar with eARC? This seems to work when the AVR is off (using HDMI passthrough), but doesn’t seem to work when the AVR is on. I have this connection setup: Apple TV -> AVR -> Soundbar (Samsung HW-Q60R) -> TV.
