In regards to your question, should you be referring to the closed caption dialogue, this would need to be adjusted via your TV. Generally, it's hidden in the menus and turning off the CC option should remove any spoken dialogue output that the display is showing. That said, should you be referring to the menu dialogues the receiver output, pressing the menu button should get rid of these on-screen prompts altogether.
