Q: QuestionWhen will there be an update to solve some of the glitches, like when i set to volume to turn on at -30DB it reverts to lowest at -79db, if I set to last no issue. Also the same with audusy i set to reference and when i turn it on reverts to off?

Q: QuestionHas anyone received a new production run unit with the HDMI 2.1 4K 120 Hz RGB bug fixed that doesn't require the SPK618 box?

- A:Answer I'm waiting for my unit, but from everything I have read any X6700H with a serial number ending with numbers greater than . . .7000 have the updated chip set boards that do not require the SPK618 box. Mine is supposed to arrive on Nov 22. This is a change from the original date of Nov 8. Will let you know.

Q: QuestionIs there a huge difference between this one and the 8k AVR-X4700H other than 15 more w per channel. with my AVR-X4700H i'm getting 11.2 with a power amp. I know with this one I can do 11.2 and add 2 more channels with power amp.?

- A:Answer The X4700H only allows up to 11 channels with an external 2 channel power amp. The X6700H gives you up to 13 channels with an external 2 channel power amp. The X6700H also allows you to add certain features via an update like DTS:X Pro.

Q: QuestionIs this receiver HDMi 2.1? allowing for 8K/60Hz and 4K/120Hz pass-through. 8K upscaling is available on all 8 HDMI inputs. My LG OLED55GXPUA 55" 4k i know is HDMI2.1,So if i got this receiver I'd get 4k 120HZ?

- A:Answer Yes. This is only available on one of the hdmi inputs however so be aware.
