QuestionLast HDMI hub I bought needed a strong enough power source always on to allow me to switch from my ps3 to ps4, so it didn't work without ps3 always being on. Will this hub allow me to switch from my ps3 to ps4 without the ps3 powered on?

- Answer has a decaited power plug.I switch 3 tv's all the time there is a 5 secod lag in switch though !!!!

- Answer I have Dish, DVD Player and Chromecast connected to the TV -- It does not switch automatically if I am using Chromecast and want to switch to Dish but it does auto switch between Dish and DVD player

- Answer I don't know if you can only use it in manual mode, but you do have to have the power cord plugged in for it to work.

QuestionI have 2 inputs and two outputs, inputs are cable box and play station, outputs are to tv-screen or overhead projector.. does this allow 2 ins and 2 outs to be selected.

- Answer This only has 1 output and 3 inputs, ports are not configurable so your need for two outputs will not work.

QuestionWill this work to connect a xbox one, 360 and Wii to a 2nd hdmi input on a sony surround sound receiver to have the surround sound audio available from them. The Direct tv box is in the #1 hdmi input, the output of the surround sound goes to the tv then.

- Answer I have my cable, firestick and chromecast plugged into this product. In other hdmi I have a soundbar. Soundbar works with all 3 perfectly and automatically.

- Answer It's a basic coaxial cable splitter/connector. If you're using coaxial cable, it will work. It doesn't matter what components you're working with.

- Answer No. You need an HDMI splitter for that purpose. A switch connects 1 television to multiple devices.
