QuestionI like my new Eco-Tank ET-4850 so far, except the color in photo prints is way off and I have not been able to follow all of the directions for incorrect colors. Should the colors be that far off?

- Answer Hello Harold. Different variables can cause a shift in color on the ET-4850. You want to make sure that you have installed the correct print driver from our official Epson Support page. Paper selection could also be an issue If you use third-party paper not tested on the machine. Lastly, we would recommend printing a nozzle check from the maintenance menu. QuestionIs there a fix text quality is lacking at small font sizes and with some stylized fonts? (Software update maybe?) DO you recommend desktops connect via ethernet and additional laptops with Wi FI ?

- Answer Hello Inquirer. For text quality issues on the ET-4850, we recommend choosing the Black/Grayscale option under quality settings on your computer. You can also select additional options like "Emphasize Text" under Image Options and "Standard-Vivid" under print quality. There is no specific recommendation for connections as the printer supports both Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity and should work fine as long as there are no wireless connectivity interruptions. QuestionIs this a lazer printer.and are the tray sizes automaticly change according to the document size 8'" and 11" 11" and 17" Loan documents coming from an email needs trays have both, does it make the adjust.?

QuestionI tried to figure out how to print mirror for my project but it seems that this Epson doesn’t have that option. Does anyone know how set up to print mirror for this printer on Window 11? Or this printer isn’t have that option?

QuestionCan the 4850 be converted into sublimation printer?

QuestionI understand this won't do duplex scanning, but will it scan both sides with flipping the stack and rescanning the other side, organizing the output file pages correctly?
