- Answer Hello Denise. The ET-5850 works with Epson Iron-on Cool Peel Transfer paper, which can be used with t-shirts. Please note we have not tested other brands of transfer paper with the machine. QuestionCan someone tell me if the ET 5850 has automatic duplex scanning?? It is not listed either way on Best Buy website and I am seeing conflicting information on this. For this price it better or its a deal breaker!

- Answer Hello. The ET-5850 has a monthly duty cycle up to 66,000 pages max. It is not recommended that the printer be run at this duty. However, based on near-constant operation, it is the highest duty a user could expect in a month. QuestionDoes the power button light slowly pulsate when the printer is in sleep mode on the ET-5850? I just bought the ET-4950 and the button light pulsates on this printer. No option to disable it except powering the printer off. Does ET-5850 do the same?

QuestionBought 1/30/2025. Nothing but trouble from beginning. CONSTANTLY have to reset all data since it disconnects from my wifi router. Now it won't connect and my MAC can't find it. What a ripoff this printer has been.
