A:AnswerGreat scanner for photos. Especially pre digital photos like 4x6 and 3x5s at one photo per second. I would recommend this scanner. It's awesome.
A:AnswerNo, but this has nothing to do with the scanner - the ratio of width/length is different between those two formats. SO a 4x5 could be enlarged to an 8x10 without distortion or cropping - anything else will require some kind of adjustment.
It's just math.
A:AnswerI am sure you can save scanned photos directly to an external hard drive but I use a folder saved on desktop and later copy over to my external hard drive (I don't connect my hard drive every time) that is easy for me to do one time.
A:AnswerSo you plug it in (wired) then you have to connect with USB cord that it comes with to communicate with device and computer.
I can understand your frustration because I too was a bit concerned at first.
It wound up working out just fine for me - not sure if it would be same for you!
Did a nice job!
(this is how I did mine) *not exactly 100% sure if it has wireless capabilities though
A:AnswerIt's a pretty simple machine on which the program controls everything so you don't need an expensive computer. Just an up to date one with the present versions of windows or ios.
