- Answer Hi Alex, The WF-3820 is designed for Epson ink and cartridges. Other brands of ink supplies are not compatible and, if described as compatible, may not function properly or continuously. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

QuestionCan it print on card stock? I’m a teacher and that’s what I need it for.

- Answer Hello Cardstock. The heaviest paper the WorkForce Pro WF-3820 supports is 68 lb (256 g/m2). If you feed card stock, make sure it is inkjet compatible and select Thick Paper in the printer driver. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.

QuestionIn trying to set-up the printer, it keeps telling me that the scanner isn't closed. This is the message I keep seeing, "Close the Scanner Unit". What am I doing wrong? I've removed all the paper, & it seems as though the scanner is closed.

- Answer I couldn't get the printer to recognize my POP settings after multiple attempts and various emails. I did get it to scan directly to a folder on my hard-drive though. That seemed to work OK.

QuestionHow can I get rid of error code? I tried turning off and on, unplugging, but the error code 100069 will not disappear and it prevents you from doing anything. It just flashes with the error code and says to turn off and on. Please help!
