- Answer Of course it will work all the time. The home and away settings just allow you to configure different options for your needs. For example, you could set it to record videos and set off an alarm when it detects motion when you aren't at home, but just record videos but not set off an alarm when you are home.

- Answer Sure, as long as you have a Wi-Fi network for it to connect to and you are able to mount the plate on the outside of your home that the doorbell camera attaches to. You might be able to use 2-sided tape to attach the plate if you are worried about drilling holes for screws.

- Answer As far as I know, it can only use the one chime or connect to an eufy HomeBase, but not both. However, if you have Alexa speakers, you can set them to alert you when somebody rings the doorbell. That is how I have mine set up now.
