    • Answer Hi Aku - The Dura Drum is a galvanized steel drum that is double coated with tough polyester paint and backed with a stainless steel rear. The drum is not "stain free", but is resistant to stains. The drum is white in color, with the shine, smoothness, and durability of stainless steel in the back of the drum.   • QuestionI got fabric softening stains twice so far. Once on white pants. Had to rewash 3 times to get the stains out. Then on a set of sheets. Why is this happening? I'm afraid to use the liquid fabric softening now. Please advise?

  • QuestionHow much Voltej i need to bring to the outlet and do i need the gas line ?

    • Answer Hi Moe, Since this unit has an electric dryer you would not need a gas line for proper installation. As for the power needed, this unit can run off of 120 volts or 240 volts. This all depends on if you have a 3 or 4 pronged outlet in your home.   • QuestionWhat does the top of the washer/dryer look like? My previous one had a smooth top, white like the rest of the unit. However, this one looks unfinished with 2 aluminum pieces riveted together. Is that normal?

  • QuestionWe just got this new unit installed yesterday. The dryer is working fine, but the washer does not turn on. It does not light up when I turn the washer cycle knob.
