A:Answer The unit will lock during specific portions of the cycle, mainly during the wash and drain sections. You can lock/unlock the door by pressing "Start" which will pause the current cycle. We recommend checking to make sure that the controls aren't locked. You can unlock the controls by pressing "Soil and Temp" at the same time for 3 seconds. You can view more information by checking page 12 in the user manual here, which can be viewed by clicking on features, then scrolling down the page located on the right.
