• A:Answer Hello. We appreciate your interest, and know how important matching your appliances can be. While we haven’t designed a specific microwave to go with the range, we do design our appliances so you have options to choose from if you’d like to have matching appearances. Our GE website can be used to view the various microwaves we have available, if necessary. We have several over-the-range models in white, such as JNM7196DKWW and JVM3160DFWW, that would match the look. If you prefer a countertop microwave, we also have various options of that type in white, like JES1657DMWW. We are confident one of those microwaves would be a good fit for your needs. Q: QuestionFree standing pilot or battery ignition

It also saves money by using less gas than a standing pilot range (because this system has no standing pilot light, no gas is being used unless it is needed). We hope this answer suits you! Q: QuestionWhy would you send out “3rd party delivery and installers” without the customers okay? It took them a very long time to install which is unnerving. They then left without saying a word!! They didn’t leave the broiler pan or owners manual!!

• A:Answer Good day, Stainless Steel knobs can be made of different materials: On most GE Cafe Series and some GE Profile cooking products, they are die cast metal. Check product specifications to confirm. On all other Stainless and Slate models, they are electro-plated plastic but they are weighted so they have the feel of metal knobs without the heat issues. • A:Answer Hi Ashley, thanks for reaching out! This model has Heavy Steel grates, they are porcelain enamel on heavy steel. Grates and caps can be cleaned in dishwasher as long as they are enamel coated on the bottom.
