• A:Answer Hi Alan - Thanks for reaching out and for your patience! We truly appreciate you considering this fantastic double-oven range for your home and are happy to offer you some guidance in this. This range does not require any water connection or special kits to operate the very helpful Steam Clean cycle! When performing a Steam Clean, you will simply wipe up any excess grease or soil, pour 1 cup of water in the oven, and select Steam Clean. After 30 minutes, soil on the racks and interior of the oven will be loosened and can then be wiped off with a soapy dishcloth. You can find instructions on operating this cycle on page 18 of your Use and Care Manual. We hope that this helps to clarify! -Eliza@GEA

• A:Answer Yes! I roasted a 22 lb turkey in the bottom part of this oven. The top wouldn't hold it due to the heating coil but this is an amazing spacious oven. I use for my family of 7.

Q: QuestionI just had my new range installed. I wanted to try the convection oven and while the oven was preheating it started smoking and emitting a strong chemical odor. Is this normal?

• A:Answer This range is Natural Gas (although a Liquid Propane Conversion Kit is included). However, there are electrical requirements for the display and ignition system. The requirements are a 120-volt, 60 Hertz properly grounded dedicated circuit protected by a 15-amp or 20-amp circuit breaker or time delay fuse. To learn more, see the “Electrical Connections” section on page 3 of the Installation Instructions that can be found on the website.

• A:Answer Yes you can set different cook times for the upper and lower separately and simultaneously, plus the regular timer at the same time (so you can have 3 timers going simultaneously). "Cook time" shuts the respective oven off when done; regular timer only counts time.
