- Answer Hello - Thank you for this excellent question! Cync Dynamic Effects Outdoor Light Strips 16 FT are only compatible with 2.4 Ghz wireless networks and not 5 Ghz wireless networks. The Light Strip does not require an ethernet cable and does not offer an ethernet port for a wired connection. - Answer Hello - Thank you for this excellent question! Our Cync Dynamic Effects Outdoor Light Strips - 16 FT cannot be physically connected together to extend the length. To extend the length, a Cync Dynamic Effects Outdoor Light Strip Extension would need to be connected to the Cync Dynamic Effects Outdoor Light Strip. - Answer Yes plug is wet rated and you can plug 2 together you have to buy extra part to plug 2 together. Hope this helps.
