- Answer This Combo is not a portable appliance, and is not designed to be put on wheels, casters, or a mobile platform. However, the unicouple accessory (part WH41X36697) allows users to install the appliance next to a utility sink so that a standpipe for draining or hot/cold water inlets is not needed. QuestionIf the dryer lint drains thru the water drain what keeps that drain from clogging. We have a 4th floor condo. I'm concerned water drain ciogging which would affect other residents. .

- Answer There is lint trap - works great. The machine even tells you when to clean the lint trap. I appreciate the machine doesn't take up as much room as separate washer/dryer.

QuestionI currently have an all-in-one (LG). It has issues with lint clogging the pump even though it’s cleaned monthly with Refresh tabs and the door seal lint accumulation is removed each cycle. Does this have a normal lint trap to prevent this issue?

- Answer Our Profile Combo has two filters available to capture the lint. We offer a lint filter and a foam filter that are easily accessible from the front. The lint filter does a great job at capturing the lint, and the foam filter keeps the internal components running smoothly!

QuestionWe like to hang dry some of our clothes instead of using the dryer. Can we wash our clothes, then take out the clothes we want to hang dry and dry the rest?

- Answer Yes, this model can be used in Wash Only or Dry Only modes in addition to it’s Wash and Dry capabilities. Also, between the wash and dry cycles, the Combo has a "Wash Complete" feature that can be accessed through the SmartHQ app. An audible alert will sound when the wash portion of the cycle is complete and before proceeding to dry. This feature provides you the chance to check on the load, remove certain items to hang dry, or add a dryer sheet before the drying portion of the cycle begins.

QuestionSo once it starts washing it will automatically go to drying mode? Or do I have to separately go START the dryer?

- Answer It goes straight into dryer mode. You can set it to notify you in between the 2 cycles if you need to remove items or you want to add dryer sheets. It’ll pause (just tumble) for a bit to allow you to take care of whatever you need.

QuestionPage 2.... I'm more recent experience, doors of some high end refrigerators (not GE branded) required hinge replacements on all doors in 2 or 3 years due to design that put more stress on the hinges that the material shed mounting could tolerate.

- Answer If you don't wish to run a full wash cycle, you can run a Rinse & Spin (which would rinse, drain and spin) or have the unit Drain & Spin only. QuestionCan I use a powder cleaner to clean my machine instead of vinegar? Like Tide or Refresh

- Answer I do, i use tide washinf mashine cleaner in mine. And i run only the washing side for the self clean and then open door. Wipe out the gasket, and i drain and clean the filter once a week. And i also clean the lint everytime. But, thars hust my preference.

Here are the specifications for the drain: you will need a drain capable of eliminating 10 gallons (38 L) per minute and a standpipe diameter of 1 1/4" (3.18 cm) minimum. The standpipe height above the floor should be: minimum height of 24" (61 cm) and a maximum height 96" (244 cm). We hope you choose this wonderful combo unit for your home. - Answer Make sure you have the level selected. If it’s not running the spin part of the cycle try downloading a cycle and use that cycle. If it still doesn’t I’d say you have a defective machine that needs something replaced. You can schedule and talk to someone about servicing through the HQ app.

QuestionWe've had one for about 6 months. Really like it, but some loads don't fully dry. Is there a trick to drying? We also deal with dog hair which seems to get stuck in the vents at the bottom of the door in the rubber piece. What's the best way to clean?
