- Answer you should be able to use a Hotspot. I've connected to my Hotspot and linked my 4k chrome cast to a Samsung galaxy S9 in the Verizon network

- Answer Actually, no. Vizio smart tvs have Chromecast built in, so you would be able to cast any app without an actual Chromecast device.

QuestionI want to use the Chrome Cast Ultra to mirrors movies I have downloaded to my iPad Pro. I download remotely since my internet connection is slow and limited in band width. My questions is does this devise use up my available band width when mirroring.

- Answer Yes, Chromecast needs to be connected to Wi-Fi to function both when casting or mirroring. If your downloaded content is not stored in a Chromecast-enabled app on your iPad, you can't cast the content to your TV. You can only mirror an Android-based device to your TV.

- Answer Yes, the chrome cast will work on your 1080i tv. If your tv is not 4K don’t waste your money on the 4K just get the regular chromecast.

QuestionPurchased chromecast ultra watched TUBI on it using iPhone 8 plus to control for volume I put to full. I thought I could hear better. TV has a different which ones better to hear from? Settings? To remove these headaches. I love bass

- Answer I always put the volume all the way up on my phone and adjust the volume from my receiver to where I want. If you're wanting bass you probably have better luck connecting the Chromecast directly in an hdmi port on the back of a receiver and adjusting the bass and treble from the receiver. I have noticed the sound quality was a bit better when streaming from an iPhone versus an android device.

QuestionDoes Chromecast Ultra 4K Streaming Media Player support Dolby 5.1 standard? My sound system does not have DTS or Atmos. Just want to make sure i'm not going to only get pro- logic playback on amplifier. I only have 5.1 w/THX.

- Answer You can stream anything from your phone to the Chromecast. If you log into your sling TV app from your phone then mirror your device you can definitely watch sling tv on your television. Make sure your internet connection is at least 100mbps to avoid a lot of buffering and that the device you're streaming from isn't too outdated. My tablet buffers more often than when using my phone to stream.

- Answer Chromecast plays the shows on your TV which supports casting, so your mobile becomes your remote to control the play, pause movies, music, etc. its different from how Roku works which comes with its own mini remote. The content from Chromecast is played on HDMI source, which is different from your Cable TV source. To control your Cable TV, you need to use the provided remote for cable tv.

- Answer If it has the casting icon you should be able to watch any format if your casting device supports it (casting from phone/tablet to tv might have a few bugs)
