• Yes, worked well on my 65”. I had enough to do up one side, all along top, and down other side.

• No. On 75” TV it goes across the top and down both sides about 2/3 of the way. The bottom 1/3 on each side and the full long bottom edge are unlit.

• I put it on my 65" TV and had enough tape. I think it will fit a 70" just fine. You don't need to go all of the way around the TV, just on the top and sides. You won't have enough tape to go all the way down the sides, but you don't need to.
