What does it do and why should I want it? null

This adds lighting behind a TV set to help make the contrast better and it works. The internet has lots of links proving this benefits the viewer. My wife hates watching movies in the dark but any other lights are too bright and distracting, not so with this bias lighting.

It reduces eye strain by emitting an ambient light behind the tv. Plus it gives a neat ambiance to the room.

Supposedly reduces eye strain, and looks really cool.

The Halo adds ambient light to the back of your TV for a cool look. But it also helps your eyes by relieving some of the eye strains that come from watching TV that we do not notice.
