A:AnswerIt could be your internet connection. Is it DSL, Cable? What bandwidth to you have? The slower it is the less likely you'll get a stable connection.
You may also want to look at making sure the firmware is updated. That could resolve that issue as well.

A:AnswerI believe it's 8 bit but they say 10 bit because it does a billion colors and uses some TV magic. I know in order to get HDR I have to set my Xbox One S to 12 bit and PC/RGB
