Q: QuestionDoes this model (RVM5160DHWW) include a charcoal filter? One reviewer wrote that there was no filter in the box.

Q: QuestionI currently have model RVM1535DM1WW and I want to replace it with model RVM5160DHWW. Could I use all the mounting bracket that is already in place for the newer model?

Q: QuestionI have an AMANA microwave (over the stove/built in) vented outside, model MVH250W which no longer works. I am looking for a replacement microwave that will fit into the existing space. Please advise. Thank you!

All our over-the-range microwaves are designed to fit into a 30" cabinet opening. This makes choosing a replacement a breeze. Please note however, that you will need to use the mounting kit that comes with the model. This is because the kit is made specifically for that model. So yes, this model will be a fine replacement. • A:Answer Hi Kendra - Thanks for reaching out to us! We are sorry to hear your Hotpoint Microwave RVM225BL002 needs replacing and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Yes, RVM5160DHBB can be installed in the same cabinet. All 30" over-the-range microwaves are approximately the same width, and are designed to fit into a 30" wide x 12"-13" deep cabinet opening. Therefore, any of our 30" over-the-range models will work as a replacement for an existing 30" over-the-range model. • A:Answer thanks for the response but you still did not answer the question. I want to know if the outer skin, shell, cover or whatever term you use is made of metal and not some form of plastic. I don't need and explanation of how the door is constructed. My old microwave had an outer cover of pvc or other plastic type material that cracked over time due to heat from the stove underneath. I am looking to find one with a metal door in bisque that will not do that.....so one more time, is the outside of the door metal or not?
