A:Answer Most 22" won't have that kind of functionality simply because they fall into the realm of "cheap monitors" these days. That said there are quite a few Dell Monitors that are smaller, and used for business purposes that'll have height adjustability out of the box, but you'd be better off buying a cheap VESA mount from amazon. Vivo makes wonderful quality monitor arms, and they even hold my nearly 20lb gaming monitors, and designer model monitors just fine.
