- Answer Hi Debbie, thank you for the question. 12 x 12 constitutes large format printing. Large format printers are not eligible for Instant Ink service. Note that the OfficeJet Pro 7740 and certain laser printers can handle formats up to 11 x 17", but if you definitely need 12" wide, you'll need a plotter, like the HP DesignJet series.

- Answer Thanks for your question. Yes, you should be able to use the HP 6455e with the WOW computer. The 6455 and 6455e are the same hardware, but the "e" version is eligible for a new program HP+. With HP+ you get 6 free months of HP Instant Ink delivery service, and an additional year of warranty, totaling 2 years of HP warranty.

- Answer Great question, Jgigi. The HP Envy Pro 6455 can copy, print, scan, and fax. It is fantastic for users who print moderately in their home office. It also presents an auto document feeder (in case you need to scan a lot of copies at once). This printer can automatically duplex (double-sided) print. The main difference from the HP Envy 6055 is how the HP Envy 6055 does not have an auto document feeder.
