The tower is equipped with a bay to accommodate a 3.5" hard drive along with a SATA port on the system board to support it. Additionally, this board supports up to 32GB of DDR4-3200 (PC4-25600) in a 2x16GB configuration. You can use any brand of non-ECC non-dual channel memory with this.

• A:Answer Chuck, thank you for your question on connectivity! This tower is equipped with 8 USB Type-A and one USB Type-C Port. All of the front USB ports are USB 3.2 and two of the Type A ports are Gen 2 with a 10Gbps Signaling rate while the others are 5Gbps. That means two of the Type A ports are newer.

Q: QuestionWhat is the maximum resolution of the VGA port on this PC and how do I connect it to the newer monitors which are either DVI or HDMI. I assume adapters are available but not sure.

• A:Answer Thank you for your question about resolution. The highest resolution the VGA port (SVGA in this one) can go is 1280 by 1024 with 24-bit color. You can use an adapter that will go from VGA to the interface you need. However, the image will either be distorted, put into a letterbox, or be heavily aliased from the upscaling. This computer is also equipped with an HDMI-out port, which will give you an even better resolution and color depth.

• A:Answer Thank you for the question. The Envy TE01-5354 has an HDMI version 1.4b out port. HDMI 1.4b supports UWQHD resolution at a refresh rate of 30Hz. For a higher UWQHD refresh rate, you'll want HDMI 2.0 or higher.

Q: QuestionI bought this computer “open box excellent condition”. But I can’t seem to connect the wireless keyboard or mouse it came with. Came with no instructions and no extra cords for either. And there’s no Bluetooth buttons on them. How do I connect them?
