- Answer This model is not really for games. It does not have a dedicated GPU. You would be able to play basic games, but not more demanding games.

QuestionI am confused about upgrading the RAM. There are two completely different answers from the HP Team. 1st one is: "this device can be upgraded to 16GB of RAM". The 2nd one is: "this device is already equipped with the highest amount of RAM". Which is right?

- Answer Hi David! Thanks for the question. Yes, the RAM is upgradable. All of the newest models use slotted RAM so they can be upgraded, but they require battery removal so user access is officially unsupported. An authorized service provider can upgrade the memory for you.

- Answer Hi Mark! No, this laptop does not come with an HP pen included. The laptop has 2 x 4 GB memory slots. The memory specs say it is not user-accessible. To me, this means you would need to use an authorized service provider to upgrade the laptop.

QuestionWhat is the maximum RAM capacity? I'm hoping to install 32 GB if I'm able to.

- Answer The last several Ryzen Envy x360 models were all listed as not user upgradable memory, yet were user upgradable to 32GB. (You can find resellers on=line that offer the 4700U model with 32GB.) Unless it is limited in the BIOS, there should be no reason this model would not support 32GB. - Answer Mine did not come with a stylus. I asked the employee and one can be purchased there (approx $49). Not required though - you can use your finger on the screen.

QuestionI'll never understand why some manufacturers decided to do away with the Insert key on the keyboard. Is there a workaround or key combination I can use ? On my work computer, an HP Elitebook, I use FN+E.
