QuestionI checked online for HP 564 cartridge compatible printers since I had just purchased a complete array of these. Your website listed the Officejet Pro 6968 as being compatible. I get home to set up and it is not compatible with the 564 cartridge. Scammed!!

- Answer A USB cable is not included, but having one on hand is always a good idea. I always keep a couple around of different lengths and am able to always print straight to my printer if for some reason I don't have network capabilities at the time. This is a great way to make use of your printer when you are traveling and don't want to have to worry about having WiFi/ Network availability.

QuestionI currently have a "dead" HP Officejet 6700 Premium printer. Is this printer comparable? And how difficult is it for a non-techie (me) to unpack it and get it up and running?

- Answer I was concerned about the setup also. It turned out to be very quick. The wifi sets up easily and fast - just be sure you have your router information ready to use. I print from 2 different desktops, and 2 different ipads, and never have had a problem. The entire setup, from opening the box to printing was less than 30 minutes, including moving the old printer out of the way.

- Answer Go to settings and printer maintenance and run the maintenance programs. Also if you're using the document feeder to perform the scan open the top and clean the wheels with rubbing alcohol on a q-tip.
