A:Answer Traditionally, access to the memory modules on a laptop is simple, so that way service technicians can replace memory quickly, which saves time and money.
However, this laptop is NOT one of those laptops. It lacks an "Access Panel" for the memory and hard drive.
That said, the laptop must be disassembled to access memory...Something like 20 screws + plastic clips holding the bottom case assembly together.
