- Answer it comes with enough ink, that is 'estimated' to last most people 2 years.....unlike any cartridge type of printer. If you use it up sooner....I must admit I don't know how to get more, I notice current BB website now says 3 years, not 2 like when I bought it a few weeks ago.

- Answer ink comes in special bottles, with a 'nipple' that plugs into the top of the tank, and then self drains. Easy and pretty much eliminates worry of spillage since the receptacle is a tight fit.
