QuestionI bought this laptop a few months ago and i want to upgrade the SSD. Since i already have used this computer, will it be risky to change the SSD since it only has one slot? will it wipe my computer?

- Answer You can actually upgrade to a bigger SSD. You need to purchase a clone software and an external SSD holder. USB c type - is faster transfer rate. The software will detect the new drive and windows as well . Just follow the instructions.

- Answer 1 - ram is sufficient enough for any game ; but you know the old saying. The more the merrier. Technically speaking yes you can double; just make sure the manufacturer of the board support the size you want to install ; otherwise you be wasting money. 2- you can upgrade from 512 to 1 tb. You need a good clone software and an external SSD enclosure (usb-c preferably).

- Answer You need to adjust your power to balance and your brightness to a lower setting. Unfortunately gaming laptop are not designed to save battery life. The RTX video card are design to give you the maximum gaming experience possible. Yes they do consume juice like crazy. Unplug ; the battery like is cut in half; running games at full speed .

- Answer Any ddr4 Ram with 3200 hz CL22 should work I bought a PHY 16G one from bestbuy for about $35 on sale. This laptop has two ram slots and caps out at 32 G it already has an 8G of ram so id resomend buying a 16G ram and seeing if the 24G is enough for you.

- Answer You can add external storage, but inside the laptop there is only 1 m.2 rack which is the one in use, what I did was buy a much larger m.2 and an adapter, clone the m.2 from the laptop and then exchange it, it worked for me, but I don't really like that they took away the second space for the m.2

- Answer Yes you can up to 32G officially but some say you can go up to 64. I bought a DDR4 3200hz CL22 16G ram stick from PHY and it works well haven’t had any issues.
