- Answer You can still hear a decent amount of noise but not all noise. It depends on how high your volume is.

QuestionHow do I mute my mic when I am playing on an xbox series s? My headsets in the past either had a button on them or you could flip the mic up to mute yourself quick and easily but I am not seeing anything on this headset?

- Answer this mic can be used for xbox but was designed for pc, so when i use it on console i usually just mute myself in the party or i use the little adapter thing that plugs into the controller to mute

- Answer It’s on the wire you plug-in to the computer. Otherwise it’s within the audio settings of whatever you plug the 3.5mm Jack into

- Answer The headset is compatible with the Nintendo switch, you could just take off the USB connector and use the aux cord.

QuestionI plugged the USB adapter into the back of my PC and the headphones work great, but the microphone doesn't work at all. I have tried every troubleshooting trick I could find. Previously, I used a headset with separate 3.5 mm jacks for mic/headphones.

- Answer Make sure your switch is not mute first lol, then check if it is being recognized by your pc. If not you may have to find a troubleshoot guide to find out what the compatibility issue is.

- Answer They absolutely will, they work on anything with a 3.5mm, you can just get an adapter if your receiver uses the larger plug, but in reality, they work just like regular headphones because you can unplug the mic if you don’t want to use it
