- Answer I have travelled with it internationally and in USA in my carry on bag, there are limits on devices that are in checked bags so not sure about that

- Answer Blinking dots means it’s charging. When they are solid lit, it means it’s on and providing power.

- Answer Short answer, yes. We went to Venice, Italy for the week of Easter and I bought this portable charger to use for our phones. It worked flawlessly. But realize that the cable to charge the portable charger is just a micro-usb to usb-a. So you will be charging it from another device that will connect to the Europe power, 220v. You will not be plugging it in to a wall socket without going through another device like a phone charging block, laptop, or an Anker portable USB charger (with an adapter), which is what we used.

- Answer The button also restarts charging the phone should the brick decide to halt before fully charged. This happens sometimes when the cable is moved around a bit but a better cable probably eliminates this. The cable included is a bit cheap.

- Answer i don't have the instructions in front of me, but i think you want all 4 lights solid. this indicates the unit is fully charged and ready to work. if you haven't already, try charging the unit first. then see if it will charge your phone.

QuestionI have loved my charger, but it doesn't seem to be working any longer. The 4 blue lights indicate that it is fully charged, but it does nothing now when I hook it up to my phone. Is there a trick or somewhere that I can send it to for repair? No damage.

- Answer Depends on the power adopter output power. The flashing four for should tell you the paper level is. The power lasted depend on the temperature, battery cycle and or quality of the charger.

- Answer Did you make sure it has substantial charge? If the blue light is blinking then that means you need to charge it again.
