- Answer I do not use the application but did go look in the Microsoft Store and saw it needs Windows 10 x86 or x64. This is an x86 tablet running an up to date version of Windows 10 Home so it should work just fine.

- Answer If you bought the Android version, you can't install Windows on this device and tbh, I wouldn't even you could since this only has 32GB of storage and Windows would take a good chuck of it plus you need to factor that this only has 1GB of RAM which you can't expand and Windows security updates will continue to take up more of the storage.

- Answer No . This keyboard uses a proprietary 7 pin connector . You would want a wireless keyboard for an Android set top box .

- Answer There is no where in settings to do a complete restore .... You need to call tech services and they walk you from some bizarre reset procedure of holding down the volume and power buttons for one minute, which is then followed by further instructions -- none of which is covered in a USER MANUAL that does not exist ! ! !

- Answer The storage is expandable up to an additional 32GB via a MicroSD Card. Unlike a MacBook, or a laptop, you can not add additional on-board memory to this machine; that is what the MicroSD card slot is for.

- Answer From what i can find it does have 2 GB of ram and to the one who answered that android does not have ram quit giving out false information. The 32 GB in this tablet is equivalent to the hard drive in a pc it is only storage the CPU needs ram to run the apps.
