A:AnswerI had a Vizio sound bar that did the exact same thing. If no sound goes through the sound bar after a period of time, it shuts down. Computers do the same thing. Not a big deal. I guess the idea is to prolong the life of the sound bar.

A:AnswerI figured it out. I pushed the status button on the remote till i got a white light on the soundbar and it got rid of the volume level flashing. The Insignia tv and soundbar work great!
