QuestionMy subwoofer will not sync with my soundbar. I tried a trouble shooting with no luck. Can I reset the soundbar? What else can I do beside return the item?

- Answer I would try unplugging the subwoofer, re-read the sync instructions and try again. When setting my sound bar up I wasn’t sure my subwoofer was working either, but with an active soundtrack playing, I put my hand on the exposed speaker in the rear of the unit and could feel it vibrating, confirmation that it was working. - Answer Try this: Press the bass button, the LED color will change to cyan, then press your volume +/- to adjust the bass within 20 seconds.

- Answer No. HDMI required for an ARC connection. This has no HDMI port. Optical or RCA jacks only. Or bluetooth

QuestionWill this soundbar work with the insignia NS-HURSK18 rear speaker kit transmitter? I’m using the rear speaker kit with my Samsung tv speakers using an optical cable. Could I add the soundbar via the optical out on the transmitter? Sub via Bluetooth?

- Answer I also have the same issue. It flashes as if it is pairing sub-woofer, but no sound comes from the sub. one time it seemed to pair and i heard no sound come from it but felt some vibrations. Wish I could help.

QuestionGood sound system works well with my Roku TV good for the price excellent sound have no problems with it but the remote control sucks I got to get right up on the soundboard to manage the sound my only complaint

- Answer Does your tv have the Bluetooth feature. I’m using an Hisense android tv and with this sound bar in Bluetooth mode I can use the tv remote to control the volume. And using a fire cube or stick. I can tell Alexa to turn on and off the soundbar.
