A:AnswerAre you using a universal remote control that is compatible with soundbars? You may want to contact Insignia's support team directly for additional assistance.
Thank you!
A:AnswerThis soundbar should be compatible with all tv's. Our tv is a 2008 Panisonic. You connect the soundbar to a tv with either an optical cable (this is the best option) or the left, right (White/Red) cable & it works fine. All tv's have audio output connections. Use one.
A:AnswerNot sure about model numbers and such or ARC. I purchased this sound bar with my Insignia TV and the integration was really easy. It took a little playing with the separate sound bar remote to get the sound levels I wanted, but after that all you need to do is turn on the TV and the sound bar comes on with it. The sound bar shuts off when you turn the TV off. The sub is a different story though. I wound up plugging it in to a switched outlet so it would turn off at the end of the day. Maybe one day I'll get a smart power bar and hook it all up there. But until then this works just fine.
A:Answertry it in another room if you can to see if it acts the same in another space...could be interference via the wireless signal or could be simple as a manufacturer defect in the subs components. usually when something cuts out it is over heated or pulling to much power and failsafes to off. just suggestions
A:Answer1st time it worked instantly but power outage unpaired them, took me 3 or 4 times to reset them you need to repair it with button in back of sub ,should reset it
